Return Policy

Damaged or Misprinted Items
Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive misprinted, defective, or damaged. If this happens, please contact us at hello@bezal.studio within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner, to replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Change of Mind / Sizing Issues
Since each product is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of preference. Please review the product details and size charts carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will already be in production and cannot be changed.
